One more thing that caught our attention were amazing graphics that follow the text throughout the whole book. It was written to please the government. My only probalem was how they presented cellular metabolism, I found that to be somewhat confusing. Still, the basics seem sound, they include references, and I passed with my class. This is the type of textbook that you simply want to hold on to after finishing a nutrition class. The variety of exercises at the end of each chapter, the references and go-to links.
